The Committee on the National Security and Defence recommends that The Verkhovna Rada adopts the Bill on Amendments to the Law "On Mobilization Preparation and Mobilization" (re Notification about the Mobilization Tasks (Orders) at the Second Reading and in its Entirety

The bill (Reg. No.5069) extends authorities of the central and local executive bodies and other public authority and local self-government bodies as to the notification of the enterprises, organizations and institutions irrespective of their form of ownership about the mobilization tasks (orders).

The Committee members uphold the bill, as its adoption will improve normative and legal basis on the notification of the enterprises, organizations and institutions about the mobilization tasks (orders).
